Which one do you guys prefer? I went to buy strings yesterday and chose the regular slinky, but the person told me that the dean markley one has a better sustain... Anyone tried it before? Is it good?

i'm using the Dean Markeley signature for my 7string- it's better than the D'addario which i previously had on that same guitar. but i still prefer GHS.

is this your first time with the Ernie Ball set? if it is, then you'll be turned on by the crisp, bright, feel upon installation but if you play extended hours in a single session, that crispy sensation will wear off in about 2 hours, then they'll feel dead. this is the reason why i stopped using Ernie Ball strings...

yeah- i'm also using those coated DRs!! currently with the reds & blues...

i'm currently trying the Rotopink in my strat. talking about free E-string, ESP also includes an extra E-string + free sticker.

i use rotosound yellows...for some reason i had difficulty restringing compared to electro harmonix. I guess its me.

i use DR...provides me good sustain and longer lifespan compare to any other strings i even used last time...pretty good stuff...

When I'm being cheap and practical, I usually go for D'Addario. Otherwise, it's Dean Markley Blue Steels for me.

ESP strings seems to rust easily..mine become rusty in less den a week time..either is my sweaty palm or...

i recently tried the various string brands just to make sure that the DR Stringlife fluid i bought was worth it.... but i still prioritize GHS 8)
