Hi, recently i've just broke my guitar strings, who can i goto to help me re-string my guitar and do a couple of maintenance works. Is there any place i can go to at Peninsular Plaza or Bras Basha and how much would it cost? Thanks in advance.

You can go to Davis, Guitar Connections, Music Theme... etc. at Peninsula. For string changing, it is best if you can learn to change it yourself. IMO every guitar player should know how to change strings :)

I agree! :D.

Learn to restring yourself, saves time and money. There are a few videos on youtube teaching how to restring your guitar. All the best!

getting someone to change your strings is a waste of their time and your money. extremely hard to teach how to restring by letting you read. ask a friend to teach you, its the best option. and as for maintenance... try to find luther musicworks shop near peninsular... very good service. they should thank me for advertising for them... sheesh but here is the website http://www.luthermusic.com

hey.. yup better off changing yourself..
BTW aha unless your guitar is floyd rose and your new guitar string varies in brand and guage shud go for a proper setup if unsure

good luck!;)

Just buy a tuner and strings. Then remove your old guitar string and put the new one on, just 'screw' it on. Then tighten it to to the note it should be, be careful though, too tight later break. That was what I did the first time I restring my guitar, I even take scisors to cut all six strings.

Tuning notes are EADGBE from thick to thin.

May be abit difficult at the bridge if you are using classical guitar, so examine the other strings carefully and follow.
