Straplocks For Ibanez Guitars

Hello,
im going to install strap locks for my new guitar my teacher adviced me to get Dimarzio's Clip lock as the screw is longer to go deeper into the body. He say that normal straplocks have short screws and is likely to break the horn as superstrats' horns are long.

any straplocks to suggest for ibanez Rg?

Ernie Ball straploc screws are also longer + They seem sturdy, almost bought it, still considering it though ahaha

if longer screws is the issue, then why not get longer screws for it? no???

I personally believe that it takes a lot of pressure to break the horn off a guitar, no sarcasm involved. People who don't use strap locks usually have those shorter screws that you are referring to. The screw slipping out is a possibility but for the horn to snap off, I really don't believe it's possible.

For guitars with extremely long horns (eg Ibanez Fireman), the strap button is still placed at the horn and I don't think it is equipped with strap locks.

Dimarzio strap locks are good but the Ernie Ball ones look so nice haha!
