Hi,

I'm currently using a M13. Say I want to plug my M13, or any other stompboxes for that matter, direct into PA, can I plug thru a pocketpod first then into the PA for the amp and cab modelling? Anyone tried that before? How did it sound?

Thanks!

I have tried Line 6 Pod XT live to PA before. It sounds good but you need to tame the distortions.

I use the Carl Martin Rock Bug when I have to go direct into the mixer at my singer's place. Cabinet emulation (with the option of closed or open), XLR output, the option to mix in another audio source via RCA inputs, all for only $165 at Davis GMC.

Your other option is the Tech 21 Character Series, but you won't have the advantage of a balanced output (particularly important for long cable runs IMO).
