Stereo output from iPod to two Stereo outputs?

Does anyone know of/or knows how to make a (battery-powered?) device that splits stereo outputs into two stereo outputs (3.5mm head)? I've only managed to find stereo to 2 mono and I"m willing to pay in excess of 50 bucks for a connection like this so two people can listen to stereo simultaneously instead of 1 earpiece each.

You don't need a battery powered device, although of course, that would help preserve the volume on each pair of headphones

I'm having problems looking for such. I can only find stereo to 2 monos too, even at sim lim.

Checking out the price for that. It cost US$38.30, including shipping for that.

those male 1/8 to 2x female 1/8 can be found at Sim Lim Square/Tower. Should be a few bucks.

James, I saw a couple of those that looks similar. But when I purchased one they turn out to be mono females. Since then I have been wary about purchasing them

Anyway, I just saw the splitter at Gramaphone @ the Picturehouse just now, heh. 1/8 stereo male to 2 1/8 stereo females; similar to the SmartShare.
