4. japan DD3
5. morley wah
going to get the whammy 4, TR2, flanger and phaser

but then power box!!! where to get it ..
anyone custom make?

Use velcro on the undersides of the pedals.

Power supply, get a visualsound 1spot adapter and a daisy chain. Sufficient power to power all your stuff.

Ways to power:

1) Batteries

2) Normal soapbar extension with all your pedals adapters.

3) Something like a voodoo labs pedal power that tries to prevent ground loops

3) 1 adapter like 1-Spot

or Godlyke

and daisy chain your pedals. Usually can power up to a certain amount of pedals only with this technique. Calculate the current and don't just plug into this

4) A mix of the above.

Oh and the superglue was a joke. Just in case you really go and use.

ow!!! all your pedal???......

steady... tell you something.. i came from the renovation line...
my expereince tells me that using velcro is not a good solution for mobile carrying... until i went to see velvet joint. then i discover, that velrco he is using is superb solid!!!...

to fellow guy out there, buy those military used velrco... supreb tight...

ok back to the 1 spot how much??

hey i saw forum thread stating it got problem leh...
really or not??

and if i purchase how much???

The 1-Spot provides 9V outputs which are not isolated. This means all your pedals will share a common ground. This may cause ground loops which may or may not be cause obvious hum depending on your set up.

The pedal power 2 has some special outputs for line6 modelling pedals and even some outputs which simulate dying batteries. All the outputs are isolated so you have no problems with ground loops.

It costs a heck of a lot more than a 1-Spot though. If you only have a few pedals, and do not play at monstrous gain... actually, just try the 1-Spot first lor. so much cheaper. Borrow from a friend or something.

ok thanks,,, one more question.... "do not play at monstrous gain" meaning that the power sharing will be weaken if i tap on all the pedal all together?

i consultd davis before, they recommended to have a isolated power supply for my DD3...

The daisychain can power how many pedals?

As many as the current allows. Some pedals take like maybe 5ma only. Some take a lot more. The 1-Spot provides 1000mA i think, forgot liao.

No means that any hum you experience will usually be magnified if you have a lot of gain. If you play low gain, usually if there is hum, it may not be noticable.

I also recomend you to play a $50 000 1959 Gibson Les Paul through a vintage Marshall Bluesbreaker. Buy what's within your budget.

Haha ok jokes aside, ya in a way their recommendation is valid. Sometimes digital delay pedals have some form of oscillation in them. This may cause some problems when they share power supplies with other pedals. But I myself connect my J&H to my DD20 using the 1-Spot and it seldom causes problems. I remember hearing the oscillation once a while back. But I forgot what I did to get rid of it, and haven't experienced it much recently.

the hum in pedals are seldom unless using the wrong adaptor or coming from other sources other than the pedal itself.

the new one spot is at 1700ma. Old one at 1000ma.

As for getting rid of the oscillation, just turn the repeats away from maximum. The oscillation is usually from the repeats set too high....
