people have different opinions on alot of basses. What is special to someone may not be special to another .. so it's very dependent. I think if you really want to find out how special is it you've gotta to try it out ...

i haven't tried that series/model before but status basses are nice stuff .. english-made .. the last time i tried a status .. i had that GAS feeling coming .. hur hur ..

i tried to search for it on the net..but cant find the picture of that exact model..

because that model is out of production. all status bass now sports a graphite neck... the model u see of the ad is the rosewood fingerboard one... not sure what the neck wood is though... so, made by status but its not the graphite neck one u will expect... =P

Its a very nice bass.... very powerful preamp. I owned a five string version of that bass once but stupidly sold it off.

The body is swamp ash, very pretty, nice hyperactive pickups and the neck is graphite reinforced.
