Stand Or Hardcase ?

Hi i was wondering whether placing the guitar on its stand will do any harm since ive read some posts regarding solid tops
/ full solid guitars and that if exposed to high levels of humidity too much will " spoil " the guitar. So isit better for a guitar to be kept in a hardcase
or on a stand with dehumidifying products such as the "zorb-it".

And for a guitar like these , will it be cost-wise to spend on such products to keep it "safe" ?

Also i prefer keeping my guitar on a stand such as those "hercules stands" but im open to advises. Any ?

Hi there thats exactly the same guitar im considering! haha.

Considering singapore's humid nature, keeping the guitar (especially one with solid wood, if ur case a solid top) outside on a stand is a risky move, even with the air-con turned on all day long, there may be risk of too much humid and i forgot what will happen. It is most desirable to keep ur guitar in its hardcase, even then u will need the dehumidifying bags.

If it is too humid, the area on the body where the saddle lies will bulge. The other serious problem is when the finish cracks. Still, it's better to keep your guitar in a hard case. This way, the guitar is safe (Wouldn't drop), minimal exposure to Singapore's "fabulous" humidity, and of course, save space :D
Yeah, I also think it's safer to use stuff like zorb-it packs.
Worse comes to worse, get an expensive dehumidifier, all problems solved, LOL!
