FG700S is discontinued and better than FG800S in terms of playing comfort and feel because the neck shape on FG700S is more of a shallow C, similar to Taylor, but FG800S neck is V shaped which is very odd for acoustic guitar (hard to form chords which is the main thing you do with acoustic guitar: strumming).
