not sure if theres such a thread. but i'll thought it'll be cool if we could list out our fav stacking combinations for overdrives and distortions to acheive our tone

mines the jnh dist side at 11oclock with the jnh OD side at 8 oclock

or

the jnh dist at 12 oclock with a OD3 at 10 oclock in front

hahah dont have boutique pedals so i'll have to stick with these for the time being :x

Deucetone RAT

Channel A:
Vintage RAT

Dist:10-11 oclock
Filter: 2-3 oclock
Volume: 2-3oclock

Channel B:
Clean RAT

Dist:10 oclock
Filter:1 oclock
Volume: 9-10 oclock

Cascade both for some nice heavy rock chugggaaaa chuggaaaa rythm. Can cover almost anything. Or can do very very nice leads too. Think Alter bridge. etc. etc.

Channel B alone: Bluesy tone to die for. Can do coldplay U2 as well.

analogman TS-808 > BB Pre amp > Fulltone OCD.

from light od to heavy distortion like. this combi sets me on fire man. ha... or
analogman TS-808 > Custom mod SD-9

OCD>Screwdriver

the tremendous bass the OCD can provide will give that presence that the screwdriver is lacking, but you still get to hear the magic of the screwdriver that sounds like nth else yet (unless someones gonna make a SD copy)

great for rhythm tones full of presence yet with super clear definition, warm singing leads are also great with this combi

Mines usually:

Guitar ---> OD ---> Dist ---> Chorus ---> Echo ---> Amp

(I don't have a Wah... yet.)

My OD's a modded TS7 (which I use to either give a lighter drive to my guitar or to limit the Landmine's Distortion), to a Landmine (setting: High Bass, Moderate to High Mid, Low to Moderate Highs).

BJF Dyna Red->Timmy for a very plexi-ish rhythm sound and kick in the E for smoother, more compressed leads!! Or kick in the screwdriver for a very different kinda lead sound(more dynamic, and fuzzy if need be)!

for me, boss sd2, with foot switch to cabaretlinda silverkiss. covers everything from nice bluesy stuff, funky, jazz, all the way to metal once i turn on the sd2. plus with the foot switch, gives me 3 different tones to play with.
