Spoilt pedals. Help!

Okay so i have a Dd-3 and Metal Muff. Both have similar problems. They just dont work.
Brought them to Guitar77 only to know that the guy couldn't fix due to new circuitry? So in the end he only fixed my Mt-2 which also had a similar problem. Any ideas how this happened?
Maybe i left it on for too long with the adapter plugged in? I'm using Onespot adapter with a daisy chain by the way.

well,the pedal might have been permantly damage if you used the wrong adaptors.sorry dude
i blew my tuner once by accidentally using ac 9v on it instead of dc 9v(ac voltage will damage dc rated items )
btw,is your daisy chain set to ac?

guess you could send it to either goose or randolf to get the pedal fixed? just do a quick search they are both softies here too..
