Hi
Im ask for help abut spliting my keyboard {71 keye`s} by cubase ,nuendo or sonar software.
I want to split one trck to 3 zone`s and arrange 3 instrument`s [ like piano ,bass , guitar in same track]
This request is for more comfortable when I use\play on my keyboard instead of searching and applying correct button`s

thanks

You can do that only if you are using VST instruments from within your DAW. Consult that manuals of individual DAWs. You simply load the different VST/sounds then adjust the range of each patch. They should all be in one midi channel. You'll also need to transpose the instruments as they will most likely be in the wrong octaves once you split.

Which keyboard are you using? If you intend to use the sounds from your keyboard, you can only do it if your keyboard is multi-timbral (ie generating more than one patch at one time). However, if your keyboard is multi-timbral, it will already have a split function somewhere in it. You wouldn't need software for that.

By the way, splitting a 76 keys keyboard into 3 gives you really limited range for each instrument...

It is good advice to use vst i did not thinking about her before .

my keyboard is roland exr7 arranger

You can split by using 3 track on DAW with record arm or a single track with spilt point being done in your keyboard.
