I watched it first screening of the day...haha..I thought it was alright. Never watched the 1st and 2nd but my friends say its quite disappointing coz too many talking scene. Like the relationship issue that Parker and Mary Jane were having. The 2nd one has more action according to my friends but for a 2hr show with some quite breathtaking special effects, it kinda justified my $9.

You should wiki about the comic. Damn, a what a complicated plot. There's cloned spidermans, venom's offsprings and stuff you'd never heard and think of. I got my brain numbed reading those. I really thought there was Carnage in the movie too..but it's all half truth, misinformation and lies!

I watched it too yesterday..

The plot and script were terrible.

Special Efx was good though, kept falling asleep throughout the movie occasionally woken up by the obnoxious kids kicking my seat behind me.
