SOMA SEMINAR SERIES 2008: Techniques for Writing Hit Songs
Ever wondered how professional songwriters write those catchy, memorable melodies you hear on the radio? Now, not only will you get an insight on these secrets, but also learn to write a hit song of your own!
This fun and interactive workshop aims to provide participants with basic techniques in crafting a song. Open to songwriters looking to fine-tune their craft as well as budding enthusiasts looking for a head start. Come and find out how anyone can write a hit song!
Conducted by Songwriter/Producer Keith Kwok, a First-class honors graduate from the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. He has worked with artistes such as JJ Lin, Kit Chan, Michael Learns to Rock and Hady Mirza.
