i agree that boon keng is out of the way...

but i really like the pitch in st.wilfred.
i've yet 2 play it in the afternoon.
once was 8am match i think...
haha so no much of the hot experience..

i think wearing boots on that ground is quite essential though, cause the fake grass gets quite slippery without boots. n yea the black stuff ok ok la haha...

oh n yea the downside bout the sliding thing is thru. its very painful. although i nv slide b4. u dun really wanna slide on that pitch haha...

overall i really like that pitch. its quite big.

it's slippery with and without boots, i've played there more than a handful of times. yup another plus is that it's a pretty big field. so if we do use that field eventually, we'll need play more on the wings, so having skillful speed demons and overlapping fullbacks on the wings would be good, especially if they're good crossers of the ball.

have to pay a certain sum for usage. it's under Sports Council so it's bookings by hourly slots if i'm not wrong. havent played there in over a year. it's minimal though.

and i think it's better than playing in a public field which might have portholes and bumps which would be, in a way, dangerous especially when a player's in full throttle.

Small field (5v5):

7am-7pm; $23.20 (2 hours)

After 7pm; $23.20 + $44.90 (Floodlights)

Big Field:

7am- 7pm; $37.00 (2 hours)

After 7pm; $37.00 + $108.00 (Floodlights) + Staff OT Pay. According to the guy, total cost will come up to $174 or sth.
