Single Coil Pickups

Hi all, recently I bought a set of 3 single coil (stock) pickups from a MIM fender strat. They are all mixed up and I duno which one for which position. So my question is are the pickups assigned for different positions or can I just use anyone for any position? Thanks.

check the length of wire ...the longest is usually for neck , mid is reverse wound (the wire colors reversed) and bridge shortest >>>

FAILING WHICH YOU COULD

1) sell me the mim pups at lowballer prices and get a net set to install.

2) check website for pick up output characteristics, output values etc and test em each pup individually.

3) take Gsoniques's advise.

4) get fgl to reinstall em for you at a nominal fee :lol: :lol: :wink:
