singapore tv dun need to follow suit with all these franchise shows...
wat can be done is to bring back old sch talent shows like "Talentime" or "Fame Awards"...
these shows just need a little facelift of their own n we cn hv a singapore talent show that we can all be proud of...
but then again, we did hv "Live The Dream" n "Dance Floor" apart from other singing contest in the non-english channels...

but for soft got talent?
maybe cn do something abt that in the open mic section

Yeah some talent shows turn out to produce really stupid talents. A example, Shawn Tok or whatever from Campus Superstar. He has no talent in singing, period.

And seriously, a big epic FAIL for the High School Musical ripoff by Singapore, "School House Rockz" I don't even know what the title means. And the girl protagonist, the Inka or whatever, looks like dung. My little cousin LOVES the show and I have no idea why. It gets on my nerves when he turns on to OKTO to watch that stupid show.
