I'm sure you can find them if you look hard enough. Try Ebay.

But my suggestion is to switch to software. Both Kontakt and GigaStudio can read Akai. You won't worry about running out of RAM. And you don't have to wait minutes to load. You also get a larger interface (ie the monitor). You get to use the mouse to program, instead of buttons. And you load larger samples that your Akai cannot load - GB of samples instead of MB.
 
You mean the 30pins types used for 286/386/486 machines or the 72pins for Pentium 1? I may still have some lying around.
