Sg or Teles?

i will go with a tele. the encounters with teles so far tell me that they r rather versatile, as in they r not really genre-specific. pple often say humbucker guitars like lp are more for rock or jazz, while single coil for blues. but i feel the tele seems to be able to cross all the genre boundary, no?

anyway, i feel sg is kinda top heavy sorta guitar. in view of this alone, i guess i prefer playing a tele.

SGs just feels weird to me. And the shape of it kinda puts me off too. Ha. Sorry.

Teles are really great playing those bluesy/classic rock stuff. Seems to bring out more warmth+crunch (which is really awesome) from an overdrive especially.

Teles for me it is.

still quite new so havent played a tele, but i'll still choose it over a sg cos i dont like the way its shaped!
