Severe problems with my breakout box

I´m holding a Guilemot MAXI Studio ISIS soundcard, which is connected to a breakout box, which is 8in 4out and has MIDI, it is an interface that allows me to do my recording. Recently, my PSU in my PC blew, and it´s been repaired. Everythin was alrite, till to my dismay my breakout box was not receiving any audio signals that i plug to it. Checked mine volume console and everything adjusted correctly, except no signal at the input meter even when my instrument is playing loud. Checked device manager, and my soundcard is functioning properly. Can anyone tell me what´s wrong with my breakout box?

Perhaps your PCI card or your mobo was damaged when you PC blew up?? Try installing your card to another PC and see if it works. No reason why the breakout box should suddenly not work.
