hi...need help on this part.

I'm adjusting my guitar action. it's a string thru body with tune-o-matic bridge.
installed with .10s strings.
ok...here's the thing

there's some fretbuzz
so i increase the height of the tune-o-matic to relatively high.

however whenever i strike the strings hard, there will always be buzzing.
how do i solve this? the bridge action is already high.
can anyone advise me on the truss rod thing as i've never tried adjusting that b4 and i dun know how it works

Do not touch the truss rod if you dont know how it works....

Ok standard string height for medium action 1.6mm (@12th fret string height at treble) and 2.0mm (@12th fret string height at bass)....for high action 2.0mm (@12th fret string height at treble) and 2.4mm (@12th fret string height at bass)...

Hopefully this helps....source from Players Guide To Guitar Maintenance by Dave Burrluck

i'm certain it's the buzz on the frets.
ive another guitar the action is just nice. what i did was just adjusting the tune o matic and it's prefect with maybe a little slight buzzing.

but not with this current guitar.
the truss rod makes the neck bend?

Did you change the string gauge? If so it could be but i'm a lil uncertain....any fellow softies care to help in more input?
I suggest send it to a guitar tech dude....saves you the trouble and worries if you happen to "fcuk up" with the truss rod...

yes dont mess with the trus rod ... if too tigh the first few frets should buzz, not commencing from your 5 fret .... maybe U ought to bring it toa qualified repairman?
