setting up of acoustic guitar?

Hey folks where would be a good place for getting my acoustic set up? i've read somewhere that some dude can do a pretty good job on acoustic guitars. if i remember correctly i think that dudes name was jarvis or something in that light. anyone knows if he's still currently setting up acoustics and how i could go abt contacting him?
