Woohoo! Finally got the wireless set. The thing that I most look forward to is the SKP 100 G3 plug-on transmitter. It is that little rectangular thingy in the pic above.
In my work, I often need to tap audio signal from the mixer board to my camera. Usually what I would need to do is to run a long cable - 20m to 30m if in a large room, which is pretty troublesome. Need to arrive earlier to run/tape down cable. Worst is, camera position is fixed once the cable is laid.
With the SKP 100 G3 plug-on transmitter, I simply connect it to the mixer board's output and it will transmit the signal to the receiver which is connected to my camera's input. That's it! No more bringing long cables!
