I've been looking for seymour duncan hot rails pickup for my strat. I know that Davis sells it but does anyone know any other place where its cheaper? I'm just trying my luck here to see if anyone knows any cheaper places or something.

(other than in USA), dun think u can find any shop in the world which sells cheaper than Davis. davis didn't pay me any for saying that, but i sure would hope to earn a kiss from janet...hehehe

U sure U want Hot Rails??? Too muddy for me. Consider Cool Rails.

Or buy Hot Rails and then go back and exchange for Cool Rails so U get to chat da ladies a few more times

I'm pretty sure I want the hot rails becaue of their hotness....mainly looking for a high gain sound for my strat copy.

if you find the Hot Rails too muddy for you, it's all about your settings. i've been using the Hot Rails in my tele & it remains to be a versatile unit- it can be deep & clear when the need arises.

my tele neck pickup is Duncan's Hot Rhythm, which wasn't meant to match the bridge Hot Rails. i bought it because it has an impressive high gain tone without losing the single coil characteristics.
