The Aim:
With the establishment of the Singapore Chinese Indie Music (SCIM) group, one of our main objectives is to promote and create more exposure for this “sub cultured” genre of music, often neglected by the main society. We also want to showcase good music made by our talented local Chinese bands, as well as to invoke interest especially in the younger generation to better understand and appreciate music-making along with the Chinese Indie Music scene in Singapore.
