If your group is in need of intensive rehearsals for an upcoming gig, please do consider this limited great savings offer. 36 hours jamming* and stay** package for up to 8 pax for $6 per hour.
The catch? You need passports and agree to the following terms.
1) The place is a quite private bungalow about 1km from JB's checkpoint. Check in time 8-9am of Day 1 and checkout by 11-12pm of Day2. Earlier check in or extended checkout can be pre-arranged at additional admin charge.
2) Sessions between 10pm-8am if any, shall be at 60% of daytime volumes.
3) It's also muslim owned, so only married couples are allowed to rest together. (If you still have to, varieties of hotel is less than a km away).
4) No consumption of non-Halal food (again, varieties of outlets are just minutes away).
5) Full payment + refundable RM150 deposit upon confirmation to cover possible damage to property.
Aside from saving so much, you'd also save more with the cheaper JB dining and shopping.

* Standard drumset, bass/ guitars + amps, multi ch miixer, wharfdale pa system, mics in aircon room with attached toilet. (optional 4-8 silmutaneous tracks demo recording can also be arranged - using Zoom R24/ R16 8 audio ins recorded to PC DAW).
** We're just starting out so for now - only sponge mattreses (new) + pillows in 4 rooms (2 with shared bathroom - 1 with AC; 1 with own bathroom plus another room and common bathroom on 2nd floor.
*** In-Compound parking for 2-3 cars (more on roadside) and use of other space like the hall and kitchen can also be pre-arranged.
**** Pics for spaces will be made available soon and preview visit can be arranged within 24 hours time.
