Sahasrara Overdrive

Hi Guys, anyone has the Sahasrara Overdrive? What commenets? What does the pre-gain knob do? It sounds good on misse's site. Thinking of trying it out... But I heard its out of stock everywhere right?

i have nothing but good things to say about the omlabs.
to me the pre-gain is like another 'tone' knob for your OD.

the whole pedal in itself responses really well to your pick attack and volume knob. cleans off really nicely with your guitar volume knob down.

plus its black and fat and warm. right edder?

The Sahasrara od is a mid gain overdrive with quite a balanced eq.
The pre-gain, according to OM Lab's manual, gives more presence to the sound.

It is useable both as a standalone and as a boost for a "bigger" sound, gain and dynamics.

yeah... sometimes its best not to give "reference" to what the circuit is based on and let the player decide if the pedal works or not for them. Many players when fed with a preconceived notion of what the pedal is based and how it is supposed to sound like will then later on "tune" their hearing towards what is being fed.
