SAF - Music and Drama Company Auditions for NSFs

Hi guys, i'd like to take this opportunity to invite all pre-enlistees and those already in the army to come auditions at SAF MDC this Saturday 31st May 2008. Positions that may be auditioned for include:

Combo Band:

Guitar - Must be able to play both electric and acoustic
Drums
Bass Guitar
Saxophone
Keyboard
Vocal + Instrument

Must be able to read score, follow lead sheets, accompany in various styles(swing, latin, bossa nova, pop, rock, reggae etc.), and improvise.

Counter-Tenor
Tenor
Baritone
Bass

Score reading and arranging abilities a great help.

Viola
Cello
Double-Bass
Keyboard - Classical

this is a good one, guys! you might get to act all rockstar on stage (depending on where you perform) and you get to go shopping for nice gear with an expense account

(the gear will belong to the army, of course)

if you're already in the army, it's best if you're still doing your BMT phase... if you've already been posted to a unit, well. all the best in convincing your CO to let you go

Hey i guess i read this post a little to late but I am really interested in audition for the vocals. had always been interested in auditioning for MDC but just didnt have the opportunity cos the MDC hotline did not help and I am pes A. I am in the process of downgrading to pes C if that helps.
