OMG im so sorry I fell asleep early while doing this. I also just came back from my friend's place cuz I left my guitar there. Now have to start restringing it. Haiz so many things to do man...
Anyway, to update you all, the gathering will still be on at the same time and place as I have mentioned previously but it will NOT be Theme Day today, as it will be postponed to the fourth gathering.
Sorry for the late updates. I'll see y'all at City Hall MRT later.

Gathering on 25 July meet at city hall. Then later go to the underpass thing just like fenderrules organise his stuff. what time you all like ? 2pm ok?

pls suggest something you want to learn, for me i suggest i'll share some practice stuff like how to practice those really hard stuff or chord changes or funny rhythms. or you want to learn 2 hand tapping also can. maybe you would like to bring some stuff that u really have problem playing and no idea how to go about it and we can share something like that. Huh? how? ok

You know what would be cool?
Gather in the City Hall underpass area where the skateboarders congregate, have 30 guitarists with acoustic guitars, 5 main singers to take turns singing parts of Mr Big's To Be With You and everyone sing the chorus together.
Better still, we compile the popular songs with mostly acoustic guitar strumming (or songs that are easy and fun to strum to) like Mr Big's Wild World, Not One Night, Daughtry's Home and What About Now etc.
Best if we have people who have acoustic bass and some simple percussion instruments to keep the beat.
I've always admired the really passionate and entertaining buskers I saw in Tokyo and in YouTube like these guys -
