S.O.F.T "PLAY ACOUSTIC!!" Guitar Gathering Numero 2

Glad to see this really happening =) Just a question though; does it mean it's a more-of-accoustic-guitar-gathering 'cause it's "PLAY ACCOUSTIC" ? I don't have an accoustic :confused:

Well, since they're holding it in a public venue. I believe its more of convenient to play an acoustic rather than an electric guitar? just my 2cents ;)

Glad i pop into this forum..


Is admission still open? Its gonna be this sat right?


I'm a 20 male, have been playing acoustic for 5 years. Pretty proficient at major chords and strumming, but thats about it hahaha.

Looking to learn about plucking or that kinda thing...but won't mind teaching too :)


Would love to join :) but don't really know if i can make it this sat.. can put my name on waiting list or something? lol

Okay, a few things to note for those who have not been to this before..

1. I'm not a pro, therefore don't be dissapointed if I can't really help you. I will try my best to help you.

Alternatively, if you have any questions before the gathering, you can PM or msn me beforehand and I will try to work on it so I have a much more better understanding to help you out.

2. These sessions will be much more fun if you can get your guitar (acoustic or electric, whichever you can bring) to tag along.

3. Interact not only with me but also others around you as well. Remember that these sessions are meant for learning from each other and not just from me only.


That's it for now I guess. It's encouraged to bring a camera as I'm building up a blog about our gatherings for public awareness.

OKay guys! The gathering will take place at 2.30 tomorrow at the underground hall that leads up to the Esplanade. We will all be meeting 2.00 at City Hall Mrt control station so that I can confirm your attendance before heading over.

And if you guys can bring a camera or a camcorder, please do! It's for building up the blog which I will set up eventually.
