Rudra In The Straits Times

Rudhra (as they were known back then) and my old band, once played a gig in Thomson CC in 1993. That was how we got to know each other. We were both kind of new and starting out and I remember they got really excited when me and my band played a Slayer cover, it was either South Of Heaven or Mandatory Suicide, I can't really remember.

12 years later and they're still at it and getting more and more into the METAL!! They've accomplished more than most homegrown metal bands could ever dream of (They played with Kreator for fruck's sake!). Not to mention productive, with a few albums under their belt.
They have my respect definitely...

ya they're one of the few bands that have continued makin' music thru the times...when most of the others have quit... respect \m/

Producing and recording their fourth album was a blast, a bunch of fun guys to work with, really down to earth, not too mention a true original idea...never have I had so much fun on a project...great to see Brahmavidya: Primoridal I receiving critical acclaim overseas, was glad to be part of it...

Once James, Mr Soft has finished mixing down the sound for the Rudra video which I shot with James in Blackisle studio, it will definitely be posted here on Soft . I second what JoshuaG said about Rudra, most nicest people to work with :smt023

cheers

Recording Rudra has to be one of the best experience and proudest moment in my relatively short sound engineering career.
