I haven't worked in a service sector before. I didn't want to because I know it is not easy, because u have to deal with unreasonable customers. I totally understand about bad days or PMS or whatever.
But honest from my heart, I wasn't the least unreasonable. In fact, like I said, I was still chatting quite happily with the owner. Suddenly he "翻脸跟翻书一样快" (face turn to black as fast as flipping over a page of a book). That's why I was half-stunned.
I am sure if anyone kena this kind of treatment, although you feel for the guy having a bad day, but you can't help feeling angry, right? When I walked out of the shop I was still wondering why is he flared up at that moment.
I open this thread not to spread my anger or criticise people, just to warn. Maybe his service was good all along, just this exception, I never know. I start this thread just to let off some steam....
