Roland Cube 20X, 30, 30X...which one?

Comparing them tonewise, which one of the 3 is best for bedroom playing and recording?

bedroom playing? i suppose a 20 is good enough.. tonewise its all the same... the watt difference is how loud the amp can go.. it does not affect the tone... so u decide ^^

yeah but the 20x doesn't have as many amp models as the 30x.. not sure about the 15x.. and when i tried both the 20x and 30x at swee lee, i did notice better tone coming out of the 30x.. but yeah it's a little loud for bedroom playing lol.. i usually just plug my headphones in

I'm not an amp expert but if I'm not wrong, the extra power doesn't just boost volume, it kinda pumps out the bass and extends the headroom of the amp solid state or not so your clean will sound better.

cube60 have one in my bedroom now .

Cube 60 might be a little too much for me...I think even 30 would be a little over the top but it's worth it for the tone!

tone-wise + value for $$$, i'd recommend the CUBE30X.
