I hate the term "Rocker" esp when its used by tv shows like it just gets annoying...

they will just say "i want to taper my pants. as tight as possible. as short as possible."

actually i dun tink tapered pants are only for rockers/metalheads... emo people also wear these tappered pants. and some made their pants look like some 3/4 pants. which is such a turn off. imo. some people in schools also taper their pants just because they think it's very cool and things like that.
