There will be a DVD out in 1 or 2 months, DVD sales will go to the family and the bands involved. Do show your support.

I would very much love to upload the 46 videos of whatever I have filmed on that unforgettable day , but unfortunately, I was told I'm only allowed to put up 1 song per band. My footage may actually serve as a market spoiler when it comes to sales of the DVD. I'm a "All Or Nothing" guy. I shall respect late wayne's closest friends wishes and decide to take down all videos. From here on it's up to the performing bands who got the footage from me to put up videos on their myspaces themselves.

haha thank you for the concern. thankfully Kingston Ram is lifetime warranty and Mainboard is 2 years warranty.. so no damage to my wallet except to drive around...

4 years gig filming experience

7 years location miking experience. (using 1 mic, 1 best spot to try pick up everything. after a while you tend to know where's the best place to stand to film.) til now still not perfect though heheh. cos my cam cannot adjust "recording level".

Do u connect an external dynamic mic into ur cam's RCA input? Then again, hoes does a dynamic mic pick up sounds from such a distance? :?:

edit: the one song per band thing... well, haha iwas i thinking of that/// till the crowd got wild... i wasn't prepared to miss the crasy moshing, so no footage for the later bands...

I use the camera's mic! besides the set is nothing short of the word LOUD! sure it'll pick up well. besides, leonard soosay (snakeweed) himself was there personally to man the live sound. thats why it sounds good too I guess.

heheh besides, i'm 6 ft height, and quite heavy weight. so moshers would actually have to get through me first before they can touch my cam. the big balloon almost hit my cam from above though. :lol:

Haha! Its good to be big-sized in these kinda crowd! like some rock solid pillar ppl cannot push u! i was like flying everywhere... fear for my camera... lol wished i was more "tua jiak" :twisted:

hahah yeah, disadvantage is that ppl similar sized sometimes have this "hey let me see how tough you are" and wanna get into something with me. i'm no gym rat like them. well the trick is use the advantage of standing in areas where girls are so you know there'll less likely be mosh pits. the sides will do fine, especially the part where the lead guitar amp is. because lead sometimes harder to pickup by the mic compared to rhythm.
