Hi,

Need to redo my 15yrs old RG550 paint work. The color has changed from bright yellow neon to dull yellow.
Any reliable shop that I can send it to?
Anyone have done that before and how is the workmanship, charges like?

Bro, ithink i can help you. Just go to Bras Basar Complex where Swee Lee is, I forget the shop's name but it's somewhere on the same level as Swee Lee and is situated at a corner of the building near side open staircase. If not ask the Swee Lee guy, sure they help you to locate this small music shop. I did ever askedfor a paint job, and the price??? Is sky high $300 and above and the workmanship is good. Give it a try bro.

Hmm.. price is quite high but as long as the workmanship is good, it's ok. Especially, if they can retain the original headstock Ibanez logo. Will go and check it out. Thks bro!

Haha apologies. I just saw the wierd sentence construction and couldn't just not do anything about it. Anyways I'm interested, I can't seem to get a maple neck Fender in cream white, and thus may have to consider a paint job as the next best thing. heh.
