Replacement tuneomatic bridges

uzzo88, pardon my ignorance, but isn't that a bit too low priced? I mean, if its anything like those junk metal $40 floyd rose bridges... i dunno...

I'm hoping for something which can increase sustain and reduce string breakages, like Graphtech stuff. The distributor is Maestro right?

Hmm... TonePros is a gd option, but I doubt anyone here sells them... I will probably be in town after work, will remember to check them out for you. Davis is a gd bet for TOM replacements, don't know if Graphtech has stuff for TOM bridges so I will go find out at Maestro. I will post the ans tomorrow, lol.

On another note, wasn't it funny to see me walking around with Macassar Ebony samples on Sat? Vaiyen, you were the only 1 to guess correctly... I am impressed! haha... I am so bad with words, didn't manage to get the right message out, lol. The msg was related to my consolidation project, hahaha. I'm really pathetic.

The Ebony samples were cool. Although I still don't know anything about wood. :( Oh, I think Maestro has some saddles for the TOM bridge.

tonepros are just savvy marketing, apart from the set screw that keeps the bridge from falling off when the strings are removed, there is absolutely no tonal advantage and its completely not worth the price.

jumbofret: don't worry, you'll warm up to us once you get to know us better. We're just like one big family :D
I understand from thor that you found a TOM replacement at Maestro?
