I took out the first post as I din wanna put out a draft version.

Here's a slightly more coherent version I did for this 'standard' by Steve Vai.

As usual, I'm just not good enough to play anything note for note.

Comments and especially critics most welcome.

ya, after your comments, I wished I had taped the recording. All the high bends gives the impression of intense facial expressions...hahaa. which was what actaully happended

OK, will vid myself next time...just need to figure out the best way of doing it.

BTW, the tone is coming direct from the Korg D16 recorder's built-in effects. Just simple distortions, tone controls - then add lots of reverb and delays.
