The crane has drones around it lah! Don't send it in! Allies are abit rigged if you know how to use, just dig in with alot of static defenses and spam bombers.

i haven't lost a game by build a couple of prism towers (i know they have a new name, I forgot), and just continuously sending century bombers. those things are sooo overpowered.

Spectrum Towers. Spam those, and make sure you have a few multigunner turrets garrisoned with javelins to deal with aircraft. Then load century bombers up with hordes of infantry, bomb and drop, you're on your way to winning! But honestly, as an RTS, this is much weaker than Dawn of War

^my thoughts exactly. i thought soulstorm was pretty crap though. i get really frustrated with ultimate units like that archangel and the avatar, so cumbersome. also the air units seemed pretty useless. still, i bought every expansion just for the sheer variety of races. imo C&C3 is a much better entry in the series than this. what happened to research upgrades? they don't even exist in RA3. =/

^ Mostly agree, but I thought soulstorm was good! The Dark Eldar and the Sisters of Battle are really well balanced as well (I'm a dedicated Tau user though). The air units, need alot better timing when used, the tau barracuda for example hits very hard but it's lightly armored, it's pretty good for chewing up buildings but not for unit to unit fights. The ultimate units have always been cumbersome... The Baneblade and Land Raider especially.

no... medium already got to dig in with ALOT OF DEFENSIVE STRUCTURES.

i can win up til hard but brutal is simply brutal man... tried various tactics like great wall of mini turrets and mass air attacks to fend off their swarms of conscripts and stuff. Only to see that they've build like LOADS of bullfrogs, seriously like 30 of 'em.

Also tried hiding in my base and slowly build up my troops only to see that within 10mins they've got iron curtains and vacuum imploder. Seems like my only successful attempt was to rush them and managed to kill one war factory before losing lol.

So anyone got some creative tips on winning brutal, BTW their income is like 5x more than ours. I think im gonna try a aircraft carrier backdoor attack or something lol
