i just realise tat my efx pedal dont have it..so now i need it and i tot if getting a recording sampler which ive never ever buy it before and know nothing about it..is there any sampler can be control by footswitch?..so guys i need your recommendations and opinions..thanks

if you are refering to looper in pedal format, the few that we can get locally include(to my knowledge, there cud be more though)

1) digitech jamman
2) Boss RC2, rc20XL, rc50
3) Line 6 dl 4
4) Electro harmonix 2880 or to a smaller extend, 16sec delay

Depending on how you wanna utilise the looping, if you do a search on the above loopers, you shud have a better idea of what each does and is capable.

I have tried the boss rc2, dl4, EH 16sec and a akai hearush(this one gotta order from oversea though, locally i dont think can get)

if you are just looking for a straight forward looper which allow you to record, playback, overdub. The boss rc-2 is a good choice. Imho, the rc-2 is really steady, for its small size, 16 mins looping time, quantisize function and the ability to store 11 loops within. Only thing is that you will need to get the boss FS5 or FS6 footswitch to fully utilise the whole pedal

With the dl4, it rocks cos other then basic looping, overdub, you get to play the looping part in reverse, half speed etc and still able to overdub. But the drawback is that only 23 sec total looping time is achievable and no storing of loops.

With the 16 sec, imho, this looper rocks for various functions available and most importantly, having the feedback parameter(this parameter, imho, is one of the most important feature for looper. Most pedal format looper dont have it though, but it aint gonna be a big issue unless you are using looper as improvisional and constant performing tool. For what it does, just google around) Another good thing about this looper is having 4 min plus maximum looping time

With the akai headrush, imho its one of the most simple and straightforward looping device. Only draw back, short looping time. Shoerter than dl4 if wanting to overdub.

And if you wanna read up more on looping stuff, gear, technique and all other info, check out http://www.loopers-delight.com/loop.html

For digitech jamman, boss rc2, rc20/rc20xL or rc 50, check with sweelee for availability

For dl4, check with either mrmisse or citymusic

For electro harmonix, check with edder or ebenex

thanks alot for the info and tips dude..really appreciate it..seriously i realli know nut about recording sampler stuff..but ur reply do help alot..
ive check out the jamman and kinda interested in it..thanks alot man..

no prob! Looping is fun

Oh, and i forgot to include the boss DD20 in it also. It does looping too but like dl4, only about 23 sec if not wrong.
