Recommendations for a LARGE jamming studio

Hey guys,

A group of friends (10-12) of mine are thinking of having a jam soon. We're looking for a studio that can fit all of us in comfortably (and if possible, one that has the option to put a third guitar amp in). So thus probably one of those studios that can double up as a pseudo private gig place (though we're not having a gig)

I've trawled through the recommended list of jamming studios, but many seem to no longer be operative. So I'll ask here instead.

Any opinions?

The only place i know and have been there before is Chapter 6's big room. they hold small gigs in there so it can fit 10-12 ppl for sure. Another place that could fit is liveamp but i havent been there and seen the size of the room myself

j3 jam studio upstairs room can fit that much but not sure abt the 3rd guitar amp.
