Recommendation of toys/comic shop in Singapore

Hi guys,
i'll be coming over to s'pore next week..and some of my friends have asked me to survey prices of comics/toys in spore..
please help to recommend some good/excellent to look for and some direction would be great..thanks

gosh.. i miss the old My Comic Shop..
too bad they closed down.. used to buy my stuff there as a kid..
and by the way, comics as in marvel/dc kinda comics or those chinese translated mangas?

yup peninsula has one shop sell many collectible toys and if im not wrong clarke quay also has quite a few shops selling

I think it's katong shopping centre.
