i've ordered mine and they said its on its way and will be reaching in 2 week . BUT ! its been a month and still the shirt i've ordered has not arrive -__-
i've email them last week and they say hope it will arrive by the end of this week . and last 2 days , i emailed them again and again they say hopefully it will arrive by the end of next week . i've already paid them through bank transfer ... hopefully i don't get cheated

First of all let me apologize again for the delay with your order. It's coming from a new supplier in the US, not our usual suppliers in Europe. I understand this sucks, but special import orders like this normally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately this one seems to be taking longer. We'll not be using this supplier in the US any more as they have give us bad service and have caused you to wait a long time.

Orders placed for items in our webstore are dispatched from Singapore the day we receive the order. We don't sell items that we don't have in stock. It's only the special import orders that can take longer to arrive.

If it doesn't arrive by the end of this week, I'll gladly refund the full amount to you. If the t-shirt arrives after that, I'll still send it on to you free of charge. Getup Merch Pte. Ltd is a ACRA Singapore registered company (ACRA # 200915482M), so nobody gets cheated when shopping with us.

Hundreds of people have ordered from us every month with no problems at all, so all I can do is apologize and offer you a full refund if it doesn't arrive this week.
