It will only be cheaper if you go to US and carry it back on your own. IMO, its better to wait for one to pop up on the buy/sell forum or wait for citymusic sale

Wah... I am so surprised how did you guys know about the sales period for citymusic. Is it the norm for year end sales? Nevertheless, thanks for all your inputs and guess i will just wait until the end of the year. Hopefully Pod HD is on sales

Yes it's standard, most of the big shops have mid-year and end-of-year sales. Anyway, it's also good to have local warranty for bigger items like multieffects. Not something you can just bring to any tech to fix.
