There was a guy selling an Ibanez Prestige S1625FBNT for like only 1k. Thats a steal. Get it. Its an awesome axe with the ZR trem and Prestige status... I would have gotten it if not for my guitar upgrade.

you can refer to our GEAR NEWS 2005 thread & read some Ibanez reviews there, then post specific queries here, that'd be better. 8)

The one hanging in Luther? I don't think its very much a good buy... but of course, thats from a trem user's perspective...
If you like the fixed bridge, you might want to go for it... some say the ibanez Les Paul copies were better than the original that time.
But if you do decide to get it... you have to realize you will be getting a relic. This baby's old and the hardware is all rusted up and stuff.
You would have to do some adjustments to the axe like maybe a good clean up, buffing out the scratches/dents, changing the hardware, refretting and so on...
On the other hand... its a relic and you might not want to do that.
So, its really up to you...
If I weren't a floyd rose addict, i'd get it and juice the baby up. Like change all the hardware to the modern stuff, add push pull switches and the like. After all, what use is a guitar if its going to be on display all the time? :wink:

Save a little and buy ibanez S520EXBK....it cost less then 1.3k....
i already own 1 after being impressed by our own guitar expert subversion.....but if u into heavy type sound i advice u to change the pickup.i changed mine to invader(bridge) and full shred(neck)....damn,now im happy tat i owned hard-ass guitar... :twisted: :evil:
