Recommend any good recording studio in johor bahru

Hey guys, my band is hoping to record a couple of originals soon and we plan to do it in area within Johor Bahru. Any of you guys know any good recording studio that have quality workmanship that you can recommend us? It will be a big help if you guys can assist us in that area as we are having trouble finding one. You can try our studio but it's located in Singapore, Woodlands.
Many JB bands actually come here for recording.
bands like Plague of Happiness recorded their album here as well.
