man, pple in my camp are filled with awe when they see the amount of gear that is listed under their signatories..
im so like new to guitars.
i can't read notes, chords and all.
i can play 2 or 3 simple songs..

honestly? I'd get lessons if I were you. I've played for 18 years now (self-taught), and I can't find a teacher to re-teach me. They all say: "you cna play wat... why you want me to teach you? Dun waste $$$ lah..."
I've got too many bad habits, and mistakes in my playing, I don't even know where to begin. It's much better to have someone show you the right way to start learning. I'm still piecing my fingerings together. It's no longer about playing the instrument for me, but more of making music. A teacher will be able to show you the correct rudimentary process for doing that. And at the end, you'll know exactly what you're doing when you do it. How you apply it is up to you. I don't know what I'm doing, although I can do a lot. I can apply, but I have no clue what I'm applying, or why I shouldn't do something else. I regret not taking lessons earlier.
They're at least equal with Ibanez's gio guitars, even at the cheaper price. Bang for buck! My particular favourite was the EX-50.
