quit sleeping

I've transcended the need for sleep...i just go into an en-tranced state of meditation...

took me 7 yrs to learn slp is damn important, for the past 7 yrs basically survived on less than 6 hrs slp a day, acts like a walking zombie, sometimes don even know myself. Just a few more hours of decent sleep at decent timing can means the world difference to people, really get decent sleep people, life will be much better hahahhaa
 
Technically you don't have to sleep. Even scientists don't know WHY we need sleep just that if we don't sleep there are certain negative emotional effects on our mind. It's not exactly to regain "energy" because we get energy from eating food, not sleeping. That's why there are people in the world who actually don't need sleep cuz their brains have another way of dealing with the buildup of acids and fatigue. Which is quite cool given that they can maximize their everyday. I think they can sleep if they want to though.

Argh try getting turned out in the freaking middle of the night just for the fun of it or for activation.

For me I usually sleep between 6 to 7 hours during workdays, and try to nap often during bus rides to and fro from camp. my bio clock wakes me up by 7am or 8 am latest so usually i get a good 8 hours sleep on weekends.

and this doesn't count the number of naps i take during work. probably after PT and bathing i take a quick nap, after lunch another, and as and when i need it, one :P
 
Only get a few hours of sleep... But if I can sleep in, I can occasionally sleep up to ten hours in one shot. Sleeping really does wonders for the body. Really, sleeping IS important. It's the best time for your body to repair and grow itself.
