Kinda bored - just did this earlier after dinner. Short track, but a fun experimental.

That was great.. It has a lot of a Greg Howe vibe to it.. He would have added more memorable melodic stuff (Satch/Vai kinda stuff) and a lil flamenco here..
Overall, feels quite disjointed due to the waiting to play runs here and there.. Otherwise pretty spot on (no errors).. Gotta smooth out the feel, and work on making it less disjointed (making it disjointed can be the feel you're going for, but don't overuse it)..
I'm no pro, but I'm making comments from a listener's standpoint..

Godspeed, its labeled quick jam lol, he's probably just having ago at the backing track. i think if he wanted to work out a melody, he could.

Thanks for listening guys. Godspeed has a point there. Somewhat disjointed but it was more an physical exercise more than a composition, if you know what i mean...
I guess being melodic while improvising is one of the key targets of any musician!

Indeed it is.. Although the jazzy feels of your runs are something to be proud of already! :mrgreen:
