Questions regarding Epiphone Pr-4e package guitar

hi there , i had purchased a epiphone pr-4e value package just a few days ago from your store.The guitar 'E' string which is the thickest string seems to have a buzzing and unpleasant sound when strumming.Any idea how to solve this problem?Thanks.

Sounds like a fret buzz to me. You'll have to send your guitar for a set up. A few people you should find are beez@Look for Beez and KC@Maestro.
